Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party service that provides the result experience. Our servers do not retain a copy of that search. If you contact us, the message contains only the information you choose to send, and we use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most hosted services, the site may receive ordinary server-log information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review this data in aggregate for security, performance, and basic traffic analysis. Cookies or comparable tools may support analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Data Is Used
The limited information described here supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvement of the resource. We do not create a visitor profile or sell a visitor list.
External Services and Links
Links lead to government portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. Each destination applies its own privacy practices to information submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by a separate provider, not by a Bridgewater government office or this reference.
Who Can Process Information
Hosting and support providers may process technical log data for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it or when disclosure is otherwise required by law.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Technical logs are kept only for the period reasonably needed for the uses described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles maintained by this site.
Children
This resource is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information to us, and we will address the request.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law, a visitor may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information a service holds. Massachusetts research did not identify a comprehensive statewide consumer-privacy statute requiring a universal one-click deletion process. Because this service keeps little information, a request normally concerns contact correspondence or available logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Bridgewater, Plymouth County, or Massachusetts custodians are outside our control; requests about those records belong with the responsible office.
Policy Revisions
We may post an updated policy when practices change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
